Social Media Graphic
This social media graphic promoted a monthly walk for KU students participating in TRIO during COVID to encourage safe and outdoor community building.
The national TRIO logo has a red capital āIā which has been replaced by a red hiker icon. An important and key feature of this design is the map and photo of where students meet. This was to help students who might have anxiety about finding the meeting location or going somewhere on campus they have never been before.
Logo & Icons
Although there is a national logo for Veterans Upward Bound Programs (VUB), the University of Kansas VUB decided to request a custom logo along with two logo icons. Additionally, the program requested custom icons that drew on the logo but represented different workshops such as financial aid, career exploration, online learning, and college toolkits.
Graphic Animation
Between videos and gifs, there are many times when graphic design needs to come to life with animation. This animated logo was used in PowerPoint templates and social media videos.
